I recently received a colonic irrigation simply out of curiosity. I have had two treatments and each one costs $40 so I can see how the cost is going to mount over time. On my second treatment, a tapeworm came out and I couldn't believe my eyes.

I do have a question...all my life I have had terrible eating habits. I have wanted to correct this but I can't seem to break out of my habit. Do you have any suggestions on how to make the switch?
